Jessie-Rae is intuitive, eclectic and creative, devoted to living life in harmony through peaceful actions. She has dedicated the last decade to exploring Yoga, the healing arts, plant-based whole foods cuisine and learning from wisdom teachings encountered on her global travels. Jessie-Rae is passionate about living life in alignment with the true self and helping others return to a state of balance and well-being.

A recent recruit to the first-time mama’s club, she focuses on getting the most out of small-time windows to foster functional movement, mobility and fitness for meeting life’s challenges.

A certified Yoga teacher of Power Vinyasa Flow and Traditional Hatha, her asana style draws from many of her teachers’ influences including Matthew Sweeney, Beatrix and Pancho of Pantrix, Vijay Amar, James Boag and Boris Georgiev. Jessie-Rae offers classes, consultations, and workshops and has had the opportunity to facilitate retreats internationally.

She is fascinated with connecting Eastern philosophy to Western science, herbal medicine, and nourishing traditions. A self-proclaimed water-loving nerd, off the mat you’ll find her chasing waves or chasing her 1-year-old son.
