Erin is a Yoga Teacher and Breathwork Coach living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
She began her journey in meditation, breathwork and movement in 2010, and is a practicing Yoga Alliance 500RYT, specialising in Integrative Yoga, a unique form of Yoga centered around lightness of body and stillness of mind.
As a Certified Breathwork Coach, she incorporates both ancient and modern techniques into her classes, and provides 1:1 coaching for students, using breathwork to help heal anxiety, insomnia, trauma, skin ailments, over breathing, and a myriad of other issues many of us face. She’s fascinated by breathwork as the gate to health, vitality, nervous system activation, calm and clarity.
These days, when she’s not teaching, Erin either has her nose (or headphones) in a book or podcast, is walking her dog, studying & researching or cleaning up after her two kids.
A keen traveller and adventurer, Erin is also a Fellow of the Royal Geographic Society, and has summited Mt. Kilimanjaro, driven overland from London to Beirut, trekked across the Wadi Rum in Jordan and lived with a nomadic tribe in Siberia to raise funds for female victims of war, domestic violence and trafficking.
